Shanney Thich of Shanney Beauty began her journey in special event makeup over ten years ago. Her love of makeup application started from a place of exploring her creativity and grew into a passion of helping others achieve their dream look. This passion has accelerated her growth in the beauty industry as a professional freelance artist. 

As a self-taught makeup artist, Shanney took her experience to Cinema Makeup School in Los Angeles, California where she formalized all of her learnings and achieved a Certificate in Beauty and High Fashion in 2014. She then grew her experience supporting a range of clients at MAC Cosmetics, Nordstrom Beauty, and in freelance work. In 2018, Shanney expanded her brand by adding eyelash extension services that welcomed more clients. She then furthered her education by enrolling in Paul Mitchell’s esthetics program and received her Esthetician License in 2019. Currently, Shanney offers makeup services, makeup lessons, eyelash extensions, training, and also shares her own line of beauty products and eyelash extension supplies.

Shanney’s north star is ensuring that all of her clients look and feel beautiful. She will meticulously work with her clients on achieving their dream look as her clients’ satisfaction is incredibly important to her. Beyond clients, Shanney has aspirations to inspire the beauty community and professionals in the industry with her educational and hands-on training, products, and knowledge sharing. She strives to support those who desire beauty services and those that want to learn about the craft.
