SHIPPING
We currently only provide shipping within the USA. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship and up to 5-10 business days for your order to arrive.
RETURNS
All sales are final sale. Due to sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Shanney Beauty reserves the right to refuse returns at any time.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, please contact shanneybeauty@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will only send replacements for damaged/missing products if contacted within 5 days of delivery date. Customer must provide photos and videos of the issue, including packing slip.
